Four series of ambiguous tools and courses propose an itinerary through different stages of food preparation: raw, cooked, whipped/jellied, preserved.

To complete the concept, we designed a food installation and experience for the opening, using tasty but not-entirely-edible-looking ingredients, with the generous support of Matteo Brioni and Fornace Brioni.
